An IT Apprentice for a network solutions organisation is trained to work with a variety of software applications in order to be able to advise clients on possible solutions to their IT issues.

Personal skills

Though there are no formal entry requirements for this position good GCESs including maths English and ICT would be an advantage. Skills: good communication skills; good organisational skills; team-working; excellent IT skills; capacity to work to deadlines.
