We give you all the support, help and guidance you need to get you where you want to be, in a way that suits you.
Good customer service is important to the success of any business or organisation. Working in customer service, you’ll regularly assist customers either face-to face or on the telephone, and offer advice, answer questions or handle complaints.
Each course is flexible and can be tailored to each individual, so you can take it at your own pace. Most people take between 12 and 18 months to complete their apprenticeship.
