British Gas Customer Service Advisers (CSAs) and Account Managers (AMs) are essential to the growth of the business, while ensuring we deliver excellent customer service to our 9 million residential and business customers. Our CSAs and AMs are based in contact centres and offices nationwide. They use all their skills to ensure our customers get the most from their gas and electricity accounts.

Our new two-year Information Systems (IS) Apprenticeship Programme offers you the chance to get a head start in your career by learning from the best in the business and picking up skills you simply can't get in the classroom.

We offer four year advanced apprenticeships in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation and Mechanical Engineering.
